Registration Fees

Early Registration for Current NAISA Members:

  • $100 USD Student/Community Member/Retired
  • $250 USD Regular Member
  • $300 USD Non-Member

Regular Registration

  • $350 USD Non-Member (flat-rate for everyone

Local Abiayala Presenter Registration

  • $150 USD (NAISA Members)

On-site Registration

  • $500 USD Non-Member (flat-rate for everyone)

Important Dates

  • Early Registration: The deadline to receive Early Registration rates is April 5, 2026.
  • Registration cancellations / refunds: The deadline to cancel your registration and receive a full refund is May 15, 2026.

Join NAISA To Appear on the Program and Present at the Conference

If you have been accepted to the Program in a panel, roundtable, film screening, or session, you must register and be a member of NAISA. All those listed in the 2026 Program must be members of NAISA.

Exhibitor Registration and Information

Approved scholarly presses, academic programs, artists, community groups and non-profit organizations may apply for booth spaces on a first-come, first-served basis until spaces are filled.

Exhibit types are listed below:

  • Publisher Booth: Each booth includes one (1) complimentary registration, one table, two chairs, and one Booth ID sign. The cost is $550 USD.
  • Institute Booth: Each booth includes one (1) complimentary registration, one table, two chairs, and one Booth ID sign. The cost is $550 USD.
  • Artist, Community, or Non-Profit Organization Booth (available Friday and Saturday only): Each booth includes one (1) complimentary registration, one table, two chairs, and one Booth ID sign. The cost is $100 USD.
  • Additional Exhibitor Registration: For additional publisher or institute exhibitors assisting with a booth or site, registrations are at a discounted rate of $125 USD per person. Please note exhibitors can only register up to two people at a time.
