Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Leadership

The Hill and Levene Schools of Business at the University of Regina invite applications for a tenure-track position in the area of Leadership at the level of Assistant Professor. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2022 or January 1, 2023.
Candidates must hold a PhD (or be near completion) in leadership studies, Indigenous studies, organizational behaviour, industrial-organizational psychology, sociology, or any related discipline. Applicants must also show evidence of an emerging research agenda and dissemination of research. Leadership-related research is considered an asset.
This is a leadership position and teaching responsibilities will primarily be undergraduate and graduate leadership courses (e.g., leadership theory, leadership development, cases in leadership, women in leadership). Applicants must demonstrate evidence of teaching effectiveness. For this position, teaching and research experience with an Indigenous Leadership focus will be considered an asset.
Salary is commensurate with teaching experience and research record, in accordance with the University of Regina Faculty Association Academic Staff Collective Agreement. Teaching responsibilities consist of a four course load per annum.
The undergraduate Paul J. Hill School of Business offers the Bachelor of Business Administration program. The Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business offers MBA, Executive MBA, Master of Human Resource Management, Master of Administration (Leadership), and Master of Science in Organizational Studies programs. NAISA members inspired by canoe traditions among their own people sent examples to Thunder, who designed the logo with advice from the NAISA Council.
